Exhibitors will move into the Exhibit Hall on October 8, 2018. The Exhibit Hall will be open on October 9, 2018, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and October 10, 2018 from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION OPTIONS
Your booth registration includes 2 badges for all activities Tuesday (Oct. 9) and Wednesday (Oct. 10), including the evening reception. If you wish to send additional registrations to the conference or attend other days of the conference, please register each person separately on the conference website.
Please indicate if you have special needs or dietary restrictions. Dietary requests will be considered when available, however, it may not be possible to provide for all requests. If you require special assistance, please notify Conference Services if you require special needs by email or 803-777-9444.
Refund requests must be made in writing by emailing us. Cancellation fees are as follows: On or before July 15, 2018, you will receive a refund of 75% of total amount paid. After July 15, 2018 no refunds will be given. In the event we are able to re-sell the exhibit hall space, we will refund 80% of the total amount paid. The conference reserves the right to retain all fees in the event of non-attendance at the event.
